Refund and Returns Policy


SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically shipped within 3 – 5 business days. Depending on the item purchased, orders are shipped via either USPS, UPS & DHL. Tracking information will be emailed to the address on file upon assignment of a tracking number. Please allow 3 business days for processing by the courier. In the event of a delay you will be notified by email. If an item does not arrive to it’s destination within 14 days (or after 30 days for international orders with a destination outside of the US) a replacement or a refund will be offered.

We DO NOT offer exchanges or refunds in the event of the wrong size purchased. Please refer to the size charts on every item to ensure proper fit.

INSPECTING YOUR SHIPMENT

Upon delivery of your purchase, please ensure that you inspect every aspect of your items. In the event of any errors or defects contact us directly within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will offer you a replacement or a refund.

LOST PACKAGES

If your purchase has not arrived within 14 days (or after 30 days for international orders) it can be considered lost in transit. If your tracking states the order has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, please contact the appropriate courier to inquire about the package. If the package is not located after 24 hours, it can be considered lost or stolen.

In the event of a lost or stolen package, a replacement will be arranged and shipped within 10 business days of the initial contact received regarding your package being lost.

RETURN POLICY

We DO NOT accept returns. All sales are final. In the event of an error or defect, please send pictures of your items (front & back) clearly showing the error or defect. Once received and inspected and approved by our quality control department, we will offer you a replacement or refund.

CANCELLING AN EXISTING ORDER

In the event you would like to cancel an order please contact us within 24 hours of the time the order was completed. Upon approval of a cancellation you will receive an email to verify the cancellation of the order. A refund will then be issued. Funds may take up to 10 business days to return to your payment method.
