  • What types of products do you offer?
    At ReproTees, we specialize in made-to-order apparel and merchandise. Our offerings include graphic T-shirts, long sleeve shirts, blankets, posters, tapestries, mugs, pillows and more—usually themed around music, film, pro-wrestling, parody/humor and custom designs.
  • Are items produced ahead of time or on demand?
    All items are produced on-demand once you place your order. Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns. Please double-check size charts and listing details before placing your order.
  • How do I ensure I pick the correct size?
    Each listing includes a size chart in the item description. We strongly recommend reviewing that size chart carefully (especially for apparel) before submitting your order to avoid sizing issues.
  • What is the processing and delivery timeline?
    Because items are made on demand, production time is required. Most orders are delivered within around 10 business days, but in some situations production may take longer. You’ll be notified via email (check spam/junk if you don’t see it).
  • Can I request a custom design or alternative product type (e.g., mug instead of shirt)?
    Yes! While many of our designs are listed for apparel, if you see a design you like and want it printed on a different item (blanket, poster, mug, pillow) or want a custom request, just contact us and we’ll accommodate if possible.
  • What if there is a print error or quality issue with my order?
    If there is a print error, product quality issue, or other problem with your order, contact us using the chat feature on the website or via our contact methods. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
  • Why are returns not accepted?
    Because items are made to your specifications (on demand) and often personalized/custom, we cannot accept returns. That’s why it’s very important to check size, listing details, and contact us if you have questions pre-purchase. ReproTees
  • How can I contact customer support?
    You can use the live chat bubbles on the website or send your inquiry via our contact form/email. We aim to respond within 24 hours when live-chat isn’t available.
  • What happens if I never receive my order?
    If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe (once you’ve been notified of shipment and allowed for transit), please contact our support team. Provide your order number and any tracking information you have. We will investigate and determine if a replacement is appropriate.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes – we ship to many international destinations. Shipping costs, duties/taxes and delivery times vary by country. If you’re buying internationally, please check your region’s policies and expected transit times.
  • Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
    Because the item is produced on demand, changes or cancellations after production begins may not be possible. If you need to request a cancellation or modification, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate it.
  • Are the designs licensed or official?
    Many designs are original artworks created by our in-house team or by commissioned artists. Some designs may reference cultural/music icons, but unless otherwise stated they are unofficial and produced under fair-use or parody guidelines.
